This week on Touhey Talks, Brian goes through how to do a thorough gear check when you first get to the DZ. You do those, right? And you pay close attention, right?! As it turns out, there are a handful of things I personally didn’t do that now I will; things I never thought of before. One of the biggest problems in skydiving is complacency, and the more we shrug off important details, the more we put ourselves and others at risk. The gear you wear saves your life on every skydive, so make sure it’s in working order before trusting it to get you to the ground safely. As usual, stick around at the end for a few outtakes.
Also, that white noise you hear in the background is the hangar getting bombarded with rain. See? Even rainy days can be productive 🙂
